can ya spoof an ip in a multiplayer game? online? (ie) Allied Assault? Mofill gives the attackers ip to the admin. is there a way past it?

No, that's not possible in MOHAA because it uses the Quake 3 engine.
This engine (and many others like the Unreal one for example) uses a challenge-response mechanism in which the server sends an unique 32 bit number to the client and this one must reply with the same number.
