Would it be possible to create a bf1942fp that could somehow import a list of cd hashes or cd keys and show a server as populated by these players, even when they're not on the server? IE, I've got a server, I've got 5 copies of bf1942 each with a cd hash that I know, can we get bf1942fp to populate a server WITH these players??

No, because bf1942fp works only on the first packet.
