Alright, there's a game server company going under the url www.clan.co.il ; they obviously provide ventrilo servers and so on.
There's a guy who has built a program to get rcon passwords of all the vents which were purchased from this company, there is approximately 500 running ventrilo servers from www.clan.co.il
Can anyone of you help me to get a program or something?

You can't just get someone's Ventrilo rcon password. This provider probably had a vulnerability in their system that allowed this person to get all the rcon passwords for their hosted servers.

Soma's right, you cant build a program to retreive all rcons. what he did was simple, he hacked the site and downloaded database, where they are stored. or some config file where they are stored.
