When running a Deer Hunter 2005, from where does it get the port numbers it uses?

Is it handled by Directplay or is it coded into the Aspen.dll... I have no clue.

If possible I would like to change some of the ports.

the lame way is searching the hexadecimal little endian 32bit port in the executable (aspen.dll in this case) with a hex editor and then changing it but could exist multiple places where it's stored or unrelated values.

the correct way is searching the hexadecimal port in the disassembled code of aspen.dll and then modifying the locations with the hex editor paying attention in converting the rva offsets in file offsets for finding the correct locations
