Hello,

The new NFS game is released and people are interested in modding it, especially getting the 3d models of it.
I've asked Oleg over at zmodeler forums about the files, he said an unpacking tool is needed for the files.

I was hoping you could take a look at the files and eventually we could get a quickbms script.

Most files use .bin format aswell as some formats i have never seen before.

Example files from the game (vehicle model data and examples from vehicle folder) http://www.mediafire.com/?katbv9foo185c0b

I hope this is the right forum to ask, otherwise please move the thread,

thanks & greetings

lzw? it's classical zlib content.
use offzip with it, after all there are no file names so doesn't matter.

Nice.
But it's not enough.
The extracted data seem to be compressed one more time (maybe every chunk is compressed separately).
For example vertices/indices data aren't easily readable so could you take a look further?
