Yes sir UDP port 20700 on cod2master.activision.com (63.146.124.40)

I block all connections on 20700 (i dont see why not..)

iptables -A OUTPUT -p udp --dport 20700 -j DROP
iptables -A INPUT -p udp --dport 20700 -j DROP

It allowed the server to show up on master list and allowed my server to be what you call "cracked" with no CD-Key to GUID Validation with out the hassle of the cracked files and activision blocking it from the master list.

UPDATED!
* UDP 20700: Call of Duty 2 CD-Key Validation
* UDP 20710: Call of Duty 2 Master Server
* UDP 28960: Default Call of Duty 2 Gameplay/Client port
