the first player was accepted, but the second one not... this is a players_per_IP limitation for sure (probably max 1 player from the same IP)

try proxy + sockscap maybe.
it sure will be slow, but it may work for a while. if your goal is to mess up a server it should do the job if you try hard enought :)
