I want to run q3fill.exe with proxy\socks, but FreeCap don't work. "Error: socket timeout, no reply received". Do you know where is problem? Maybe you know some other progs for that? Sry for lame english.

when I tested freecap some months ago it had various protocol problems (it was just non-standard).
try sockscap, it's old and enough hard to find but it's free and works well (and seems to respect the standards), I still have a copy of it here

proxyfirewall should also work, its also free.
I like proxyfirewall more than sockscap.
