Im new here but I noticed that JD Belec made a Remote Rcon for ventrilo and I want one to so how do I make one? or get one?. Im kind of newbie to source code but learning.

I guess there is something missing in your question because the only tool which allows to admin a ventrilo server through rcon without using the ventrilo client is ventrcon: http://aluigi.org/papers.htm#ventrcon

He said he doesn't not know/do research how it was done. at least (yet).

I told you before on msn I would release it once flagship have patched it.

On the other hand Flagship is a pretty bad company/what ever they are, they refuse to admit their software has/had bugs in it. All they do is silently upload there servers which IMO is pathetic.


In other news... I think I have found a DoS by sending what I call a "malformed voice packet" you can learn about ventrilo voice here -> http://www.spuxproject.net the whole server "tested localy" just stop working, as if everything was frozen in time

the "voice packets" argument remembered me when about one years ago I said on this forum something like "oh yes one of these days I will test it"... :)

well today I decided to give only a quick look at it (I'm completely uninterested to ventrilo) and I found immediately an interesting client-side vulnerability:
