what do you know, they really fixed proxymini.
i just removed my exceptions, downloaded it again and ran it, no alerts.

however it took them nearly a month to fix it, because last week it was still detected.
also they haven't replyd to my other email i sent them on thurday or friday (nov 12 or 13).
i reported one more of Luigi's tools and few others...maybe they blocked my mail.
...thats pathetic if they did.

this is getting more ridiculouse by the day..
they have added back proxymini and all the others. this is just chilidish and lame what they are doing.
so proxymini, tcpfp and hlfill are detected once again, because some dumb idiot decided that .. OH WAIT, it is a "virus".
even more laughable is that they get detected under risk level HIGH

i have sent them another email, but most likely they will never reply.

SHAME on kaspersky !
they have refused to remove hlfill, proxymini and tcpfp from their database, by saying that all those are riskware, but hold on, thats not all.
now they have started to spam me too. first i got a reply in russian and then some stupid "automatic" mail saying something that my email has been recieved and blabla, while i never sent them another email.
i was on quite good opinion about kaspersky before, but now they have changed my mind, their team is bunch of close minded ignorants.

so proxymini is a riskware... the simplest and more complete proxy server on the earth is "riskware"... no words.

so I'm sure that also any other proxy software like wingate, ezproxy, sun web proxy, squid and so on are ALL in their virus database, yeah I'm really sure.

anyway don't know if you heard it but I have had lot of laugh reading the critical problem caused by mcafee one week ago ah ah ah:
- Apr 2010: mcafee kills tons of computers through a database update that removes svchost.exe
- Not 2008: AVG kills tons of computers through a database update that removes at least 2 components of Windows
- Mar 2006: mcafee kills Office again through a database update
- ... others that I don't know/remember, check the related posts on http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/04/21 ... _positive/

yes im "sure" too that all of the existing proxy servers are in their database :)

AVG and mcafee are stupid enought. well authors and maintainers are dumb, but even more dumb is person who sets it to "auto remove" not set it to alert you first. wht dumb monkeys hehe.

as about kaspersky, im not sure if they are reading this topic, but now i got another reply.

Hello,

These files can be on public servers and can be dangerous to other computers. We have detected them because of their illegality. So, owners and administrators of servers will know about placing illegal content.

But you can disable alerts on these threats in the product (KIS/KAV) configuration window.

Regards, Kuskov Vladimir
Virus Analyst

so now your programs are illegal ? somebody explain to me, what is an illegal program ? copyright ? child porn viewer (if such exist) ? WHAT is it that is exactly illegal in your programs ?

and folks, you know what's ironic .. hotmail keeps putting all of their emails under a "high risk" warning (as you see above) and thinks it is phising scam or junk.

UPDATE:
they have now gave me this link, where they explain the "threat" levels.

fortunetly they are not that retarded yet. it does not detect Luigi's email or site as virus.
Not all Luigi's tools are viruses tho. for example "unrealfp.exe" is not detected.
