Hi.. i was just wondering how to client kick someone with sof2boom or q3fill. this dude has fucked up my life EVERY SINGLE time im playing and i wanna hit him back but i just know how to crash server with the sof2boom and i dont wanna do that cause then i will ruin the game for the rest of the players. but i REALLY wanna know how to crash this kids game. i type in sof2boom c <port> but all that comes up is alot of strange stuff and figures. but no client name or so.. what must i do?

first you should clarify a thing, are you talking about sof or sof2? because you talked about sof on youtube, mail and pm (nice spamming)

In any case the kicking/crashing of a specific player is not possible.
The most close thing you could do is kicking all the players in your same team or all the players in the server using the q3msgboom bug

sorry sorry sorry, hihihi im soo embarassed.ok well, im talking about sof2MP-test, you know the demo.. cause i KNOW for a fact that he crashed me, and how i know it? cause before he did it he just said "bye bye litle girl" and pooff like that i crashed out of the game and got a error messege from windows. when i returned and checked the server i saw that noone else had crashed and that he only crashed ME. when i logged in again he said: "you back again girl? and pooff i was crashed again.. " :P
i asked some guy if he knew how he did it, and all he said was that he thought he used sof2boom, and he recommended that i asked YOU cause you are like the best in this topic, so that was the reason i kinda spammed you, i thought that you must be real busy and maybe your wouldnt get my mess.. sorry again ;-)
anyways i tried to use sof2boom too, it only worked on a very few servers, all servers with port code 20100 and so on.. but i couldnt figure the client option out.. the sof2boom C i mean..

the client option in sof2boom is a different thing so ignore it.
sof2test is really very old so I bet there are other bugs included one for the specific crashing of one player.
If we talk about a normal server (no mods) the way for crashing only one player should come from a command which allows a player to communicate with another one.

I have tried with the "tell" command on my server (without fixes if I'm not in error) and nothing happens, so the bad command is another.

about that crashing ...
is he admin or something ? ..from your messages it looks like he is not, but maybe he is .. and he knows what ip:port you use to connect to server, otherwise its impossible to get other players ip:port....only if you have some kind of server control and can see it.

ive seen those things before, that admin hides that he is admin .. and claims that its hack (basically it is, but can only be done in own server)

other thing ... you said you got error message ?! ..well make a screenshot of this error message or just post the error message (with error code and other stuff). Im not that good in reading error codes, but im sure that Luigi can tell you exactly whats causing it when he sees complete error code.

no im sure that he was NOT an admin, cause i thought about it too, but then i wondered "then how did he get my ip".. and i wasnt kicked out of the server, i crashed out of the whole game, back to windows, and even my display got brigheter and messed up after it so i had to restart the computer.. but however, he really got to me and scared me, cause he just said "bye bye and turned my game off and throwed me back to windows." the error was the typical error when you get for example when a program is stuck and you press Ctrl Alt Del and then choose to shut it down when the program is not responding. you know when you get a message AFTER it, THATS the message i got when he crashed me. something like "Soldier of Fortune stopped working and had to quit and bla bla".. but sure i take a screen shot next time and post it, maybe it help..
i tried q3fill and q3msgboom too, sadly none of them work for me, q3fill doesnt work AT ALL for me, and q3msgboom just make ME lag in the game but absolutly nothing happens to the other players. sof2boom works ONLY on servers with 20100 port and ONLY for crashing servers, wich i dont like or wanna do.. =(

however thanx for your advice and hope you can help me or assist me if you know anything else..

ok well i have few other ideas/tricks.

first...all communication is made THRU the server. it means .. if you monitor your net .. you will only see server ip and your ip (source and destination).
now .. IF he would somehow use server to crash .. then all other ppl should crash too. so im guess he sends that ''crash'' packet directly to you.

what you can do is ... get some packet editor (etherpeek, etherreal, WPE pro...etc) and record everything ... theres LOTS of packets ofcourse, but you can filter out unnecessery packets (just read some basic stuff).
now .. when he crashes you .. you should get packets directly from his ip. ..and those packets also contains the data that he uses to crash.

im pretty sure it should work. What you think Luigi ? ..its just a theory, because i dont see any other way to crash somebody out of server but sending data directly to that client.
at least its worth to try if you really want to find out how he does it.
i did that on the tool called ''lithsec'' back then, when i had no idea that Luigi made it...and that Chron!c was claiming that he made it..and kept crashing my server lmao.

packet sniffers are useless in this case because this is an in-game bug and the Quake 3 engine compresses and encrypts all the packets.
sof2boom works versus any port, it's enough to specify it.
q3msgboom works on sof2 too but you must modify the "vsay" in the file in vsay_team.
The previous time I tried with any player-to-player command but here with 3 local players I had no results so I don't know what type of attack this person is using versus you.

what you saying is .. you can get person's ip and port from server ? ..or im missing something ?

no I mean that sof2boom doesn't work only versus the port 20100 of the server, if you specify port 1234 it will work versus that port too.

and what does it mean when you get the messeage:"server doesnt seem to be vurneable"? that mean that just THAT server cant be crashed??

cause eveytime when the port is NOT 20100 then i get this messeage: "Error: connection reset by peer" or "Error: Unable to resolve hostname"

Check if you use it as the following: sof2boom 1200 127.0.0.1 1234

"connection reset by peer" means that the UDP port on the server is not opened, there is no server running on that port
"Unable to resolve hostname" means that you have typed a wrong hostname
"server doesnt seem to be vurneable" means that the server has replied to an info query after having received the boom packet, so it's still up

I ss the ip when im connecting to the server, then i type in sof2boom s 4083 (the ip i got from ss) ex 123.123.123.123:20100 but it still says unable to resolv hostname. What am i doing wrong?

Lmao, wow... i got it now. u have to put a space between the port instead of colon. Lol. O btw does anyone have the pamdemi.dll ? the one i downloaded doesnt have it. :(. And one more question. Can q3rcon be used for sof2?

about q3rcon I think you refer to multircon or q3rconz, right?
both of them works on sof2 too

ok thax. I meant pamdemic.dll it is a program that can crash/ get rcon. but when i try to use it. it says im missing pamdemic.dll and closes.

so basiclly it means that when a "server is not vurnable" it is UNcrashable?
it just recieve the boom packet without crashing and there is nothing you can do to crash it?

"server seems not vulnerable" means that the specific PoC you used seems to have not crashed the server, which doesn't exclude that the server is vulnerable to other bugs

envision and other ppl ... what does ''not vulnerable'' mean in english ? it says all there is to say ..
ofcourse you can always test and try other exploits or flood it somehow..etc.
