Hi , i have a bf1942 server running version 1.61 , lately the server is getting the message server full, i try to use the tool provided here to simulate the error and see how it works but im getting no sucess this is the command line im using

bf1942fp server_ip:23000

Is there anything extra that needs to be done ?

I get this messages but it does not seem to work

Player: ..
- server full 1
Player: ..
- server full 1
Player: ..
- server full 1
Player: ..
- server full 2

and then

- activate demo compatibility
- set version 11000

Player: ..
Error: socket timeout, no reply received

the syntax you gave is correct and the message you receive from the tool is probably exact: the server has all the slots full

Hmm , i tryed to join the server and it was still working , there another server that is getting the same server full , but there if they put a password they dont get the problem anymore (and everybody knows th epass )

Also is the any way to prevent this bug , changing gamespy port seens to have no effect so i guess the only way would be to shutdown gamespy somehow . We would still have Ase .

the gamespy port is used by the tool only for autoconfiguring the version but it works also directly with the server's port (in some cases could be necessary to specify the exact version with the needed option)
